Chalet Restaurant - 5 Stars - On Hwy 101 by Safeway, a family restaurant, large seating area, good homestyle cooking and pies.
Chowder Bowl at Nye Beach - 5 Stars - Great Chowder, a bit crowded.
Courthouse Cafe - 4 Stars - Near the courthouse on Hwy 101. Good basic home cooking, great breakfasts.
Dutch Brothers Coffee - 5 Stars - Only Coffee drinks & snacks, but the best coffee drinks in the northwest, originated in Grants Pass. Love their Mochas and seasonal flavors. Home of the Dutch Mafia.
The Coffee House - 4 Stars - Bayfront. Casual dining.
Figaro's Pizza - 5 Stars - On Hwy 101 N. End, Take Out or Bake at Home.
Flashbacks Restaurant - 4 Stars - On Hwy 101 S. of Yaquina Bridge, Fun Environment, Great Pizza, Plenty of Video Games
Georgie's Beachside Grill - 4 Stars - Awesome food, coffee, & view, but don't be in a hurry.
Gino's Seafood & Deli - 3 Stars - Outstanding fish and chips, authentic atmosphere on the Bayfront, Fisherman's Choice
Izzy's Pizza Restaurant - 4 Stars - Hwy 101, Possibly the best and highest ocean view in Newport, Good Buffet
Kam Meng - 5 Stars - Bayfront, 837 SW Bay Blvd. Wonderful Chinese food, try the combo seafood platter!

Matzatlan - 5 Stars - Delicious authentic mexican food with fast and friendly service. Newport is "the friendliest" you know. It says so on the signs coming into town. Hwy 101 in town at Hurbert St.
Moby Dick's - 4 Stars - Hwy 101 S., Locals like it, pretty much part of the bar.
Mo's Restaurant - 5 Stars - Up and down the coast, this one is on the Bayfront, very good seafood, especially chowder.
Newport Steak and Seafood - 4 Stars - The local's comfort food. Bigscreen TV Bar also serves food. Great cheeseburgers and fries. Friendly service. E. side of 101 just north of bay bridge.
Pizza Cucina - 3 Stars - On Hwy 101 behind Arby's, excellent Italian food, limited seating.
Port Dock One - 4 Stars - Great food, with a superior Bayfront view.
Rogue Brewery - 5 Stars - Wonderful chowder, french fries, fish & chips, and several microbreweries beers along with their own. Great view & atmosphere. By docks south of Yaquina Bridge.
Shilo Restaurant - 4 Stars - Beach View, Good Food.
Sizzler - 5 Stars - Good steaks and buffet, Hwy 101 N.
Starfish Grill - 4 Stars - In the Best Western Agate Beach, Elegant Dining.
Subway - 4 Stars - Pretty darned good fast food & drive-thru N. End Hwy 101
Taco Bell - 4 Stars - New building. By WalMart on Hwy 101, north end of town.
Whale's Tale - 4 Stars - Bayfront.
